Fortson Gets Jurassic  
According to the FAN 590 in Toronto the Boston Celtics have traded Danny  
Fortson to the Toronto Raptors in return for point  guard Alvin Williams and 
Sean Marks.  The first  sign of the things to  come was when Fortson's name
 suddenly was missing from his locker.  The Raptors add another wide body 
to their formidable front line that already includes Antonio Davis, Charles
Oakley and Kevin Willis. It is very unclear what  prompted the Celtics to
make 
this move.  Word around the league was that they were offered much better 
packages, but as the Celtics are prone to do (see the Mercer trade) they went 
with the quirky one.  Williams just couldn't cut it at the point in Toronto
and Marks 
played a grand total of five games this year.  It will be interesting to
see how
the Celtics spin this.  In effect they got Alvin Williams and Eric Williams
for Ron 
Mercer.  That's pretty shabby even by Pitino trade standards.
