If the C's can't afford Fortson (at seasons end) how are they going to be
able to afford Rice who is asking for the maximum?  Rice is a 3 point
shooter.  He may be listed as a forward, but he can't rebound and bang down
low, which is what the C's so desperately need.  My vote: negative
