- Boston Sports Guy, that keen observer of the Boston sports scene
says all these trade discussions for Fortson are nonsense and Danny
Boy will be taking the $2.5 million exception and liking it.

- The Miami Herald (methinks) says the Heat have a interest in Fort
for the exception, as their front court will be depleted via the Grant
deal.

- The NY Times says the Knicks are redoubling their efforts toward
a Fortson sign and trade.

- The Mighty Mighty Bosstones Herald says Fortson or his agent are
looking for a 6 year, $30 million deal.

- The NY Post says another West Coast team besides the Worriers
are talking to the C's about Fort.
