quick thoughts



At times this year, the team showed flashes of what it could do and
provided hope it could be a good team.  But, no leader stepped forward
to show he could put the team on his shoulders and carry it.  No one
showed that they could make the right decisions with the ball and on
defense to make the team better.  I submit, the team needs on the floor
leadership more than it needs a coach.  Someone like Jordan or Bird who
drove you to be better, or ran you out of town.
