I think Battie for 25 Million for 6 is close to a steal.  Very reasonable
deal, I don't think anyone should be complaining.

Anyway, everyone is whining about the Celts.  I think the 1st half they
played against the Jazz was the best half they've played in the past
season and a half.  Running everytime, passing, finishing.  Very
beautiful.  Unfortunately, they played horrible in the 2nd half. Kenny
played great in that half.  Dana is shooting lights out (must be the new
Allen Iverson do), playing like a team. I'll take it.  

This team is gonna make the playoffs.  Wah-wah, the sportswriters are all
sellouts who don't have an original thought in their head.  You guys
already said that and you're right.  You hit it right on the head when you
said Bob Ryan doesn't know a thing about basketball.  He's a baseball guy,
he shouldn't even comment about the Celtics.  One guy forms an opinion and
everyone else goes along with it.  The most optimistic predicition I've
seen is 34 wins and Mike D'Antoni said they will contend for one of the
last playoff spots.  Bob Ryan and Peter May are saying about 26 wins. 

So get your head out of you asses all you pessimists.  This team is a
whole lot better than last year. The east has not great teams. With
Fortson, I say we are a 4-6 seed, without Fortson, a 7 or 8 seed. McCarty
has the stroke this year.  We have depth.  Walker is actually passing the
ball. 

Team chemistry is better.  Once Danny gets back, we'll be rolling!
