showcasing?

"I was away from the lights of the Fleet Street;"  oh well, I should
be writing for Broadway.   After a long weekend gone, I'm back and
sorry to see that 12 out of 14 of our players are being showcased. 
I've just begun to learn the new numbers.

Follow up on my idea to start Williams.  I'm for instant offense. 
I'd rather see a 16-16  score after 8 minutes than be 6 points down. 
If it means trading baskets, so be it.  Williams gives us that early
lift.  From there I would play a balanced, defensive oriented team. 
(Peter, I'm not a coach, unless jr. high girls church league counts,
and we did win the league when the good team's coach pulled them off
the floor for fighting--each other--and left us with the trophy).
