dish question

maybe someone could help me out...just a quick
question...

i'm interested in getting a dish this season so that i
can access national nba games...i'm familiar with
direct tv and its' "nba league pass," but do any of
you know anything about "dish network"
(1-800-399-DISH?)...apparently they offer a
"foxsports" national package in which you get all of
the regional sportschannels...

anyone know which is better?  or...how blackout
restrictions negatively impact either?  any info on
this matter would be greatly appreciated...
