Re: Spurs Are Really Outclassing The Celts

Okay, the Spurs are a better team than the Celtics. So in reality, they
do outclass the Celtics. And that's just what I posted.

This game does show us that the Celtics are far away from the Spurs
level. It was a reality check in that regard. The way the C's
were playing lately, I expected a more favorable showing against
the Spurs, especially after beating Indiana.

As far as growing as we go. That's not a given. Is Antoine improving?
Vitaly? McCarty? Pervis? Kenny? Williams? What is is, in some cases.
Pierce will improve, and so may Griffin, but the learning curve
has run out on some of the players.

AJ is overrated, greatly helped by Duncan and Robinson. Put him on
the C's and would he beat out Kenny?

Is the Philly frontcourt of Ratliff, Hill and
and the guy from North Carolina an All-Star trio?
No, but they were tremendously more effective against
Duncan and Robinson than the C's frontcourt. Improve the
C's frontcourt and they can beat the Spurs. My point is that
the C's C/PF spots are so bad that it greatly hinders the C's
other quality players.
