Team rebounding

Despite Antoine's relatively weak rebounding, the overall team rebounding
has been good so far. In fact, Boston is 7th in the league in rebounding
differential at +3.2 rebounds/game. Now the top rebounding teams are
not necessarily the best teams, because sometimes you get a lot of rebounds
just because you miss a lot of shots - for instance Washington is first
at +5.3. But if you take the intersection of the top 10 teams in rebounding
with the top 10 teams in FG%, you get:

Vancouver is the evident exception to good rebounding leading to wins.
