Gene,

I believe that you're spot on with this post. I believe Wayne and Rick
would have come to a 'hand-shake agreement' where Wayne will get to play
over 30 mpg and get to work thoroughly on his game, improving where Rick
believes he has to and will be signed as a free agent at the beginning of
next season.

Doug is a very solid character and someone who will help immensely in the
locker room. I like this move a lot.
