I agree. Heinsohn did a great job. It is amazing that nobody recently has 
tried the up-tempo, outscore the other team brand of fast-break ball that 
Tommy coached  other than Paul Westhard and the Nuggets. The Lakers stole it 
from us in the 80's. Now it is called Laker Showtime instead of classic 
Boston Celtic fast-break basketball. It seemed like ML was trying to do it 
but who, including him, knew what he was doing? He was never on a 
fast-breaking team....
