I am all for standing pat as far as the core is concerned and tinkering
with the bench. Here is what I would do:

Stay:
Barros, McCarty, Battie, Pierce, Mercer, Walker, Potapenko,Minor,
Ellison <at his salary he is not going anywhere>

Go:
Bowen, Riley, Schintzius, Anderson, Popeye and 

Sign:
Mercer, Battie and Damon Jones

Trade:
An NBA backup center <not the crap Chris wallace have been landing><try
and trade with Dallas/Portland if we can get anybody decent for
Popeye><Revisit Michael Stewart>.

A scoring SF.
