The Spores Don't Impress Me & No. 37

The Lakers next season with Pippen and Oakley should prevent the Spores
from germinating in the playoffs.... 

It would be nice if the C's have both the 37th and 55th choices,
because they can be packaged together for a first round
point guard.  Herren, who seems to be this year's version of Jason 
Williams is out of their reach, as is Miller, Davis, Francis,
and Terry, but a Vonteego "Bay" Cummings would fit in weel in the
Pitino system.  The same may be true for Turner, Bullock and Brown from
Xavier.  I don't what they put in the water at Xavier, but they
always seem to produce quality pros - James "Pocket Full of Posey(s)"
will be a draft sleeper. Other sleepers include Quincy Lewis and 
Andrei Kirilenko....

Pitino press conference - Someone posted on one of the message boards
that it was today, if so, WEEI is totally ignoring the Celtics,
because there was zero mention of it.
