Look, but don't touch: Radojovec visits
Celtics

WALTHAM - The Celtics don't have a
pick until the second round of
this month's NBA draft, but that didn't
stop them from working out a certain
first-rounder yesterday at Healthpoint.
In for a look-see was 7-foot-3-inch,
240-pound Aleksander Radojovec, who played
last year at Barton County Community
College in Kansas.
''He's very skilled offensively,'' Celtics
general manager Chris Wallace said. ''He
has a ways to go on the defensive end, but
he'll be a first-rounder because of his
skills, his upside, and the fact that
there aren't many big men out there.''
Radojovec had committed to play at Ohio
State next year before deciding to enter
the draft. The Celtics worked him out
because he was in the area and they wanted
a first-hand look. They don't expect to
move up to pick him.
Rick Pitino & Co. will finish a two-day
free agent camp today. Among the 14 or so
in for double sessions yesterday were
ex-UConn players Donny Marshall and Kevin
Ollie and Boston College's Mickey Curley.
Wallace did not comment when asked about
the rumor making the rounds that would
have the Celtics trade Kenny Anderson and
Ron Mercer for Penny Hardaway.
