He said that he originally made the third or fourth year, playoffs,
fifth or sixth year, championship commitment before the draft.
But he said that he was sticking with that commitment because he 
wanted to bring excitement to the Boston fans and give the players
a goal. I think he backed away from guaranteeing playoffs though by 
saying "in the third OR fourth year." He did say that if they didn't
improve significantly next year, it would be "Bye bye Rick."
