My top 5 would be:

1  Keep team nucleus intact (sign Mercer!  keep Battie!)
2  Develop low-post offensive option
3  Rebound more effectively
4  Establish substitution continuity
5  Sign two free agent veterans (point, pf) to bolster bench

Here are my top 5 needs:

1.  Keep the team together
 
2.  Get in shape

3.  Sign Ron Mercer

4.  Get 2 veteran free agents who can strengthen the bench

5.  Improve rebounding.
