As much as we moan about the slow month of July, we Celts fans still have to applaud
our team for flying all the way out to La La Land on their mission to hand deliver 8
serious cans of whoop-ass (I have no clue what this US expression "cans of
whoop-ass" actually means, but I like it). Our performance against the Faker's new
"Pink Triangle Offense" was especially nice. No doubt the Fakers mailing list is
lighting up with a lot of pathetic "trade Derrick Fisher and Glen Rice for
Inglewood's own Paul Pierce" trade scenarios. All this beats the Tour de France, as
much as you all should be proud as heck of Lance Armstrong.

Joe

p.s. Pierce set the bar really high in terms of offensive efficiency and leadership.
I wonder if our second franchise forward Antoine Walker is ready to rise to that
challenge/responsibility in Boston. Quietly, each Celts player has so far shown they
are dead serious about next season.
