It looks like Paul Pierce knows how to capitalize next season on the
tighter officiating rules, having drawn a lot more shooting fouls than
other players so far. In four games, he has shot 15, 13, 9 and 4 foul
shots. How often does a wing player not named Michael Jordan draw 15
trips to the line?
BTW, I hope the level of competition in the Boston tournament will be a
little bit closer to NBA level. The best player we've faced so far is
probably Jason Lawson. Puh-lease...
