Personally, I wish these rascally journalists wouldn't plant such
thoughts in a young player's head. The Celtics would surely win more
games if Toine matured over the next few seasons into a consistent 18
and 10 guy (with 6 assists). I don't mind, however, if he turns it up a
notch in the playoffs.

N.B.. Toine emphatically DID NOT make the All Star team last year (over
Shareef etc) because of his efficiency as a scorer.  I personally trust
Antoine to know that to get to the All Star game regularly, all he needs
to do is maintain or keep improving on his non-scoring numbers (namely,
as the most gifted passer among all the NBA's monster rebounders).
