I would be honored to have the chance to cover the February 19th game in
Portland, as I will be there.  I note again my sincere feeling of good
fortune in having one of only 3 western conference games being in the Rose
City.  I would have gone to Seattle for that game as I do most years but,
what the hey.  With this game and Sacramento and Vancouver being the only
stops out here this year, with all due respect to Claudia, I feel confident
that the boys in Green can sweep the West coast trip like the days of old.

Anyway, Bill or whoever fill me in with any pertinent critical details if
you are so inclined to bestow with this opportunity,

I volunteer to write some game commentaries, but no way do I
painstakingly narrate every lead change a la Bill.  I don't feel
guilty about this, since I always skip that part when reading Bill's
summaries anyway.  But if no one else steps into the breach, I will
give the lowdown on how our team performed on road games.  Bill, we
need to get you a satellite dish!
