RE: center possibility

As a huge fan of Big 10 basketball, I would say that Eschmeyer is a great
player. He does play on a poor team where he is basically the best player, but
he is still great. I've seen him play at least a couple times a year since he
was in high school. As a mater of fact the last regular season game of his high
school career he came down the floor and shattered the back board on a
tremendous dunk from the side of the rim.

I will be going to see him play this weekend when Northwestern takes on Michigan
State, so I could probably report a bit more on him then, but I do know this.
He is a 6th year senior (has some problem with a broken foot as a freshman and
again as a sophomore, I think), so he has plenty of experience. Has bulked up a
lot since High School, and seems to have learned some post moves, and definitely
has rebounding skills.

I would be very happy with Evan in a C's uniform

Not really looking ahead to draft time already, but since everyone has been
tossing around names, thought I'd provide some stats on Northwestern's 6-11,
255-pound Evan Eschmeyer. He is the only 20-10 guy in Div. I, averaging 20.6
points, 10.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists. (MacCullough is 17.9 - 10.7 - 0.7 and
Young [ugh] is 9.0 - 6.5 - 1.9.
Eschmeyer had a triple double against Indiana, scoring 27 points with 12
rebounds and 10 assists. He shoots 56 percent from the field.

I've never seen him play, but I received a flyer promoting him for player of the
year. That's how I got all the stats.

Just FYI.
