Don't trade

I wouldn't.  I would push through this crummy half-season and showcase
what we got.  Then with a reasonable draft pick and player, trade for
a center.  I think we would have to give up too much
value--Pierce--for a second rate center.  Why bother?  If DeClerq and
Popeye are healthy, they can bang around enough for us over this short
season.  Who knows how Battie will develop?  Bring in
Schinztztizztouzts and let him push on Ewing and the other big
centers.
