The New Pitino System?

As I read that the Knight/Battie trade is done, the Popeye Jones signing
is done, and the Celtics are *still* trying to get Michael Stewart and
Dwayne Schintzius (for the league minimum), I can only wonder if Pitino is
thinking of playing 6 men at a time next year.

If the Stewart *and* Schintzius deals go through, then the Celtics will
have the following roster:

C - Stewart, Battie, DeClerq, Schintzius, Ellison
	PF - Walker, P.Jones
	SF - Pierce, McCarty, D.Jones
	SG - Mercer, Bowen, Minor
	PG - Anderson, Barros

That's a total of 15 players. Ellison will be on the injured list, and
Dontae Jones will either be on the injured list or off the team. That is
still 13 players.

For the life of me, I don't see how the Celtics are going to find
enough minutes for all of the "key" players (Stewart, Battie, Walker,
P.Jones, Pierce, McCarty, Mercer, and Bowen) to keep them happy.

And still, we have a 15 player roster with only one true point guard and 2
players who can handle the ball...
