Surprise Team

The surprise team quite probably will be the Philadelphia 76ers. They have
something like $12 million to spend on free agents and thats taking into
consideration the size of the contracts of Ratliff, Coleman and Joe Smith
(if not waived) against the cap before re-signing.

If they sign 1 or 2 big name players they'll have one of the deepest teams
in the league with a lineup of

 C - Ratliff   / Free Agent / Williams / Shaw
PF - Coleman / Smith? / Mohammed
SF - Thomas / Free Agent /
SG - Hughes / McKie / Parker
PG - Iverson / Snow
