Will McDonough: New Marijuana-Testing Policy Is Veterans' Friendly

Will McDonough says the following in today's Boston Globe:

"The NBA owners must be trying to 'smoke out' the players with their
latest offer.  According to an ESPN report this week, one of the offers
from the owners in their last and 'final' proposal is a promise to drug 
test veteran players for marijuana only in training camp.  They didn't
say whether the players would also be told the time and date of the
test,
so they could be ready for it. What a joke.  This is the new tough drug 
policy we heard about?"
