ESPN members?

Does the list have any ESPN members?  If so, I was wondering if you have
read the article on the NBA page called "Fouled Out: Breaking the law"
by Frank Hughes.  It says that some NBA teams are not playing by the
same rules.  If you have, would you tell me what it is about.  I do not
want you to send me the article (copyright laws and stuff), but was
interested to know what the topic is.  For instance, does it state that
some teams get less fouls called, some players get more fouls called, or
is it about the real "law" being broken.  Thanks.
