What an egotistical pile of crap. "This Laker-obsessed league?" "A giant
hunger for news about the Lakers?" Please, LA Times, take yourselves and your
team far less seriously. The only reason anybody even knows Kobe Bryant's name
is because NBC and the league are constantly shoving him down our throats.
