More Pierce

That quote from draft day about Pierce is wonderful.  I always
wondered about Pierce, since Kansas plays a little soft--maybe it's
the color blue.  But he's such a heady player.  I watched the third
quarter of the Heat game last night.  He had the block on Mourning or
Askins, whoever, that the announcer gave to DeClercq.  He, like Bird,
is a tad slower than others, but he starts off in the right place and
anticipates and so the difference is made up.  Wow!  He is something
to watch.  And such a nice attitude, too.  Hurry back, Ron Mercer. 
We're going to run some teams silly in a couple of weeks!
