Pat Riley has finished first in 14 of his 16 seasons (and
  in second the other two) but his 1-3 Heat looked
  dreadful again Tuesday night, losing 108-101 at home
  to a Celtics team that is not only bad but injured, too.
  The Heat played zero defense again and taunting
  Antoine Walker danced on Miami's court after dunks and those Heat fans
  who stayed did so only long enough to boo.
