At least Mercer plays our deepest position. That means we can start both
Pierce AND Popeye (not a bad idea?), or Pierce and McCarty at the 2 & 3,
or just plug in Dana Barros as our shooting guard, with key minutes for
Bowen and Minor.

I just hope it doesn't develop into a chronic problem for such a gifted
young player. I really better say my Hail Mary's with my wife tonight.
