Strangely upbeat

I am strangely upbeat about our boys.  I think we will struggle trying
to stay close to .500, but that will come back in January with Pierce
and Fortson on the court.  Perhaps it was Walker's breakout game or
maybe it was Pitino's attitude in the post-game interview, but I sense
a confidence that this season is different and that we will begin to
post wins in bunches.  Again, that won't come real soon.  The texas
two-fer will be tough.  Teams like Dallas play well against the few
teams they think they can beat.  There's the rub.
