Cecil,

I didn't have you down on the original list, and we are at exactly 12 teams, 
which is the limit.  If anyone drops out I will add you, and if others join 
I could go to 2 leagues (I don't really want to have leagues with 6 teams).  
I'll let you know as soon as I can.
