walker

I may sound stupid when I say this also because I haven't seen
one single game of the Celts this season. All I can do is read
articles, your opinions and stats.

I read that everybody isn't to happy with Walker's achievements
and/or his attitude. But put yourself in his situation. I don't know if
he cares alot about his own stats, but if he did and he knows he's
not doing well (shooting/rebounding), how would you feel? Would
you feel happy when your shot isn't going in? Wouldn't you
complain at the refs, out of frustration? Would you really think
about your contract like 'oh well I should complain, I've got a great
contract'. Despite that players do get a lot of money, they'll always
care about the game. They always want to play and do good. Hard
to imagine when you think of Stephon Marbury, but I know Phil
Jackson would share my opinion. (I read his book). He believes
that players constantly critize themselves in their pro career since
the media, coaches, etc. always critized their game since like high
school.

Players always have to prove themselves under constant pressure.
If I was Walker and my game isn't going the way I want it to go, I
would be complaining as well. Complaining shows you care.
