The Celtics only control their TV rights in New England. The NBA  controls the rest. You may see cable companies offering the League Pass as they now are expanding capacity due to digital cable. Having all their games on cable isn't unique as the Knicks and MSG have been partners for years. If I misinterpreted your meaning above sorry! Later.Mike
