RE: if it happens

Dan,

I would prefer to keep Antoine myself, but I haven't forgotten the influence
a guy like Oakley had on a talented bunch of youngsters in Toronto. I still
think the Celtics need that and that's why Pitino made runs at P.J. Brown,
Dale Davis and Brian Grant before settling on Fortson.

I'm just speculating on a future Walker destination if Pitino chooses to
trade him, which he still might. And New York seemed like a good fit.

I agree that Pitino puts up with more than his share of criticism, both from
fans and the media (national, not just Boston). If the Celtics don't want
him, he'll have no problem finding a job (pro or college).

Just throwing some Walker talk out for discussion. I find AW and his
relationship with Pitino and the fans fascinating.
