Bulpett On WEEI Says...

- C's need to get a magnetic player in return for Walker, not
Dale Davis and Austin Croshere, two guys they were talking about
with Indiana.

- C's would like to trade Walker, that's for sure.

- Bulpett says he's shocked the Gastons haven't sold the team yet.

- Vin Baker doesn't appeal to the Celtics since he's still fat and 
out of shape.

- The biggest problem with NBA offenses is coaching.  The league was
happy, when Fratello got fired, since he insured a dull product.

- Miami could be one of the teams to take a precipitous fall this year,
thanks to the new rules changes. Dan Majerle is useless when he's not
allowed
to clutch and grab.

- If the Celtics really wanted Ron Mercer, they could have waited him
out,
since they could offer him more money than any other club. The Nuggets
are
doing this with Mercer. 

- When constructing a team, the first thing you need is 12 guys 
who can play.

- Bulpett would not give up on Walker, unless he could get a guaranteed
All-Star small forward or shooting guard in return. He also feels,
Walker 
may come more into line with Pitino's thinking this season, because
Antoine
wants to win.   

- It doesn't matter what you do in July and August - it matters when
you're
in Sacramento in March with the ball room dancers convention in town.
