Battie the Key

Excitement about Fortson starting is understandable.  But
here's a vote that the C's start Battie, and keep him on the floor
as a forward then center, with Potapenko then Fortson(Either of those
2 could start with Battie).

*You MUST challenge shots in the lane.  The Bruise brothers plus Antoine
 would be near the bottom of the league if start together.

*Battie and Potapenko have been building chemistry in the frontcourt, and
 would probably be the most effective lineup in the beginning.

*Watch Battie play, he gets his share of rebounds in traffic.


P.S.
Didn't the C's coaching staff say they were looking for and wanted to add
more defense and 3 point shooting(similar to Kentucky)?

Turner   emphatic no on 3pt shooting

A bunch of short range, or take-it-in-STRONG type guys, who won't 
help floor spacing in the half court.
