Ryan,

To be fair, it was only three years ago that Jerry West blew up his whole
team which at the time was a respectable 53 win team. There is basically
nobody left from that team - Van Exel, Jones, Ceballos, Divac, who were
all solid players. And he's been pretty trigger happy since then. Jerry
West was quoted as saying that good GMing had to do with taking risks,
which Pitino is certainly doing.
