Michael Holley: C's Interested In Making Additional Trades and Signings

There's a little blurb in Holley's article on Wayne Turner, that the
C's are interested in making additional trades and signings. Of
course, this is Pitino after all, so it's not like this should come as
a complete surprise. Holley says the C's will be able to use a part of 
or all of Greg Minor's salary to sign a player (I think it's about $2.4
million),
since he won't be ready to start the season. He further states that
Pervis and Fortson are attractive to teams, because the two of them are
in
the last year of their contracts: Pervis = $2.8 million.

Pitino wouldn't trade Fortson, would he?  Pervis, of course, is as good
as gone...
