Wrong Josh, but kind of correct..

Second round picks always have the ability to put themselves in the CBA
draft just in case that their respective NBA team cut them and they are left
without any team to play for. In that case the team that picks them up in
the CBA is obviously allowed to have them.

If an NBA team wants them, then they obviouslly stay in the NBA, while their
CBA team keeps their draft rights incase they ever get released, waived or
cut.
