I don't understand why people are suggesting that Carlesimo should file a
suit against Spreewell at this point.  The most recent lawsuits that
Spreewell is filing are against the NBA and have little to do with
Carlesimo.  Maybe PJ would have to testify at some of these but that's the
only direct involvement he would have in them.  And even if Carlesimo did
take action, either civil or criminal, it would be totally seperate from the
suits that Spreewell has just filed, and it would not void or even interfere
with them.  If Carlesimo wanted to take action he would have done it a long
time ago.  The current issue now is between Spreewell and the NBA.
