This is why everything is so complicated.  With every "greedy players" post is
the rejoinder that "it's the owners fault that the salary system is out of
control because the owners keep paying the 'Garnett money' thus drive up
salaries.  It's up to them to show restraint".  Of course if the owner
actually
steps up and takes that advice, you get the above responses.
