I'm beginning to read my Celtics mail again.  But I'm numb on "the
season" since I need the warm-up of summer signings, free agent
activity, camp, etc. to get me going.  I'm sure I'll get excited when
it all begins--at least, I hope that old feeling returns.

I hope our posture (as an organization) on Antoine Walker is this: 
while he has certain visible shortcomings--more in attitude than in
his game--the odds are better that he will mature and lead this team
to new/old heights than that we could get real value in return for
him.  Go after him aggressively, use all the Pitino charm, and make
Antoine/Falk "queer the deal" if it has to happen.  Then, be ready
with the best trade ideas.
