Todd Fuller averages one foul every 6.88 minutes of playing time;
Andrew DeClerq averages one foul every 5.49 minutes of playing time.
So he is more foul prone that Fuller.  From what I've read, Golden State
is planning to deal Felton Spencer, not Fuller.
