I'd have to say Gary Payton.. Sure the guy hasn't won a title, but he hasn't
got the team around him capable of it thanks to some extremely bad
management in the decisions of Jim McIlvaine..

Actually, Seattle is a good team for the Celtics to compare themselves to..
They haven't quite got as much cap baggage as we do but they do have a bit,
they also have a lot of free agents *this* year, whereas we'll have a lot of
free agents *next* year.
