Re: Rick Fox Got Game

Well, a friend of mine grew up with Denzel. He and Denzel both played college
ball, but neither could make their high school team. Gus Williams who played
for the Seattle team that won was on it and so were several other NBA players,
Ray Richardson (Knicks) (I may have the wrong name, but it is not the one who
had the drug problems, he was a forward) and Rodney and Scooter McCray were a
few of them.

He and Denzel played at the Boy's Club. I don't know if any of you saw the
commercial Denzel did on the Boy's Club. At the end, he gets on the bus and
is reading a line about the people who influence lifes and he sees an elderly
man. Denzel begins to shed tears. David set up this commercial. The man on
the bus was the manager of their local Boys Club. Denzel did not know he was
on the bus and the tears were real and very touching. It was a wonderful ad.

Maybe not Celtic related directly, but a very touching story and true to boot.
