BTW, isn't Steve Javie the same referee who threw Barkley out
of a game a couple of days ago, also for staring?  After the game, 
Charles was asked about his ejection and went on a *major*
tirade against (Javie?) who he said was incompetent, unprofessional, 
and had a vendetta against him.  He then begged that the NBA
never assign the guy to one of Barkley's game ever again.  

That speech probably cost Barkeley $10-20000.  But I think that
he was probably right
