With Penny out for the season, Orlando might slip up a little even though they
haven't had Penny for most of the season (he still would have been their goto guy
in the run in), although sometimes teams step up in the face of adversity (Orlando weren't that bad without Penny earlier in the season)

If we do get the 8th spot, could we pull a surprise against the possibly 
over-confident, possibly tired bulls?

I honestly think we would have a better chance against the bulls than miami or 
indiana.
