Sportsline is reporting Toronto & Portland are close to swapping Stoudamire for Anderson in a multiplayer deal. I wouldn't be surprised to see Gary Trent and/or Jermaine O'Neal go also. Anderson has not been durable enough for Portland which is Stoudamire's hometown.
