Hi,

Its not how rich the owner is, its what the salary cap level allows
you to do.  If it was the owners money, Portland's team (owner
microsoft cofounder Paul Allen) would be the only team who could
afford all the high paid players.

Of course, an owner can make a decision like the dumb charlotte
hornet's owner did and decide to pay LJ big bucks and not have enough
under cap rules to pay Alonzo big bucks.  No he has neither LJ or
Alonzo.

Will the celts have cap room and will gaston want to pay walker $100
million for 5-7 years?  

Would you?
